Born and raised in Northern New Jersey, Erin has over 15 years in the manufacturing industry – the last 12 years as an Operations Leader in aerospace. She is currently a Senior Project Manager at a large manufacturing company and has recently moved to Indianapolis. Erin has a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University (BOILER UP!) and has progressed up the leadership ladder using personal and professional development, experience, and support from mentors and team members along the way. She has been certified in Lean Manufacturing as well as achieved a Black Belt in Six Sigma through Villanova University. In her free time, Erin enjoys reading science fiction, going on adventures with her friends to new places, and eating her body weight in Mexican food.
